Biden spoke about the stimulus tonight and we are expecting a green Friday, rather than a selloff Friday. We could be wrong, so please be careful and watch your portfolio, take profits/scale out and don’t let winning trades turn into losers.

$CFAC – AEye Said in Talks to Go Public Via Cantor Blank-Check Firm. AEye calls its unique biomimetic system iDAR (Intelligent Detection and Ranging). iDAR is an intelligent artificial perception system that physically fuses a unique, solid-state, agile LiDAR with a hi-res camera to create a new data type they call Dynamic Vixels. EVs and newer vehicles with self driving/sensing technology can use their products in their vehicles. Backed by Continental Auto Group as well as Kleiner Perkins, LG Electronics, Intel Corp, Subaru and Airbus.
$PSAC – PSAC in in talks to merge with Los Angeles-based Faraday Future in a deal that would take Faraday public at a valuation around $3 billion. Keep this one on your radar. Faraday is led by a former BMW executive, Carsten Breitfeld, and it appointed former FOX Factory Holding chief financial officer Zvi Glasman as its CFO just last week. The deal isn’t yet official, so a similar situation to CCIV.
$FST – FST stock is on the move thanks to rumors Tilman Fertitta is bringing more of his restaurant and hospitality empire public. If you didn’t know, Fertitta brothers used to own UFC before they sold it.
